Example: 1 (jazz) 2 (hip hop)etc.

Older dancers and non-binary students may wear black leggings, and tank top over their bodysuit – please discuss with teacher.

For acro students: we also recommend black leggings so they can wear bare feet for their performance to safely perform their tricks.

If you are in need of shoes, here is a list of our recommendations: Attire-List.pdf (danceadventure.ca)

Here is a link to our local dance store Freestyle. 70 Victoria Street North (Unit A) : Freestyle Dancewear (freestyle-dancewear.com)

Black bodysuits can be found at some local Walmart stores, Joe Fresh sections or at our local dance store,Freestyle.

Make-up & hair are a big part of the dance profession and theatre. Dancer’s wear make-up so facial features don’t get washed out under bright stage lights. We understand that not everyone feels comfortable putting makeup on their child.
